Warranty 

This non-transferable limited warranty covers machine products, options, and accessories that are sold in the United States of America by Redline Embroidery Machines.

Redline Embroidery Machines guarantees that the covered machinery will be free of defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period specified below. Redline Embroidery Machines will, at its discretion, repair or replace any machinery found to be defective during the warranty period. Warranty work must be carried out by an authorized Redline Embroidery Machines technician at a Redline Embroidery Machines repair facility. Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping or travel expenses.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Redline Embroidery Machines' limited warranty applies for the period specified below. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment as indicated on the packing slip or invoice.

1 Year coverage on all parts and labor.  The warranty doesn't cover shipping expenses. All machines are repaired at the Redline Embroidery Machines facility only.       

2-year coverage on all mechanical components. (No labor is included)

5 Year coverage on Drive Train Components, including Bushings, Bearings, Cams, Gears, Pulleys, Sprockets, Belts, Chains, Shafts, Drive Cables, and Frame Drive Rails.
